Oujo White Knights

Por fin!!! después de ya varios meses de inactividad en el blog por causas de trabajos que salían, mejorar la imagen de las camisetas, darle un lavado completo de cara a la presentación de los diseños, mucho bocetar y preparar entre algunas cosas básicamente toda la liga mx y una actualización pequeña de los accesorios de Shibalba… después de tooooooodo eso, volví, para por fin cerrar la liga de fantasía que inicie para practicar y no echar a perder los diseños de los equipos reales, así que sin mas preámbulos: les presentare el diseño de los Oujo white knights!!!

Finally!!! after a lot of months without activity here cos of the work, improving shirts design, an all new presentation design and a lot (really a lot) of sketches for thing coming for Shibalba… After aaaaaall of this things, I back to show you my new design, now for a american football anime team, the Oujo White Knights!!! and this will be also the last team of my fantasy league before begin with real teams.

Quizá algunos sepan, otros no, pero los oujo white knights son un equipo de fútbol americano del anime Eyeshield 21 :) puede que no lo sepan pero también soy aficionado a ese deporte, así que decidí hacer un diseño en mi liga de fantasía con el nombre y la linea de ellos. Muchos verán que el escudo en el pecho es completamente diferente a la imagen clásica de los caballeros blancos, esto es porque no quise hacer una simple copia, sino adaptarlos al mundo del fútbol.

Maybe someone know, maybe not, but white knights is a team from the american football anime Eyeshield 21, so you will know I'm fanatic of this sport :) so I decided to create a soccer team based on they. You can notice that crest on chest is different to the Oujo crest on anime, this is because I didn't wanted to copy the style, just uses as base.

Empezando con el tema, para el equipo diseñe un templare especifico, llamado knight, cuyo principal foco de atención es la cruz que se forma en todo el frente, recordando el escudo del equipo en el anime. Para el uniforme local se uso una combinación de blanco con detalles azules a dos tonos, en el inner del cuello se puede leer el lema de los White Knights "Glory for the Kingdom" o "Gloria para el reino" en español, igualmente la parte de la nuca tiene el clásico dibujito del caballero con la lanza y use como sponsor a Shonen Jump, revista en la que inicio la producción del manga. El nombre y numero del dorso corresponden a Seijuro Shin, linebacker y estrella del equipo.

Now beginning with the post, for this team I used a special template created for it, "Knight", it's main focus is the big big cross in front, remember anime crest. For home kit I used a white-blue color scheme, on the inner collar can be read "Glory for the Kingdom", team's motto, and also on the back of the neck is the cartoon knight from the anime and as sponsor appears Shonen Jump. Name and number of player is Seijuro Shin, linebacker and teams maximum star.

Para el uniforme visitante use una técnica que no suelo explotar, mismo templare, inversión de colores, esta vez en dos tonos de azul, el mas claro para la cruz y detalles blancos. En este caso el nombre y numero corresponden al quarterback del equipo, aunque no le puse lentes (pensando bien las cosas, pude ponerle unos al estilo de Davids…)

For away kits I use a old technic I DO NOT like to use, but for this team was perfect, use the same template but invert colors, now kit is in two-toned blue with little white details on chest. Now player is the QB, but whiteout glasses (now thinking, I could use glasses like those used to wear Davids… isn't it?)

El tercer uniforme cambia no solo de templare sino también de estilo, pasando a un gris plata con un diseño a lineas en el pecho formando una cruz apenas perceptible, el color viene del equipo del siguiente nivel en la escuela oujo, los Silver Knights. En este caso el jugador portador pasa a ser la estrella del mercado japonés, Sakuraba.

Third kit changes not only template but also style, now in a silver gray with a line texture creating a cross on the chest, all with blue details. This one is gray cos of the name of the next level team in Oujo, the Silver Knights. Here the player wearing kit is the marketing star Sakuraba.

Para los uniformes de portero pase a usar el templare que será para este uso de ahora en adelante, Quetzal, tampoco era el mas utilizado hasta ahora; el diseño tiene vivos y logos dorados, con una textura de red de portería en las mangas, con colores base rojo y negro; los jugadores elegidos fueron los linieros Otawara e Ikari, admitanlo, es difícil elegir a un jugador para hacerla de portero en un equipo de fútbol americano cuando ya usaste al receptor.

For Goalkeeper kits I begin to use a template called "Quetzal"  that from here will be the one for Goalkeepers. Design has golden details and a "goal net" texture on sleeves, main colors are red and black in two tones. Players used as goalkeepers were the liners Otawara and Ikari… well it's hard to know who will be the goalkeeper from an american football team when you already uses the receiver as player.

Y bueno, hasta aquí llega el post de hoy, espero les haya gustado el cambio de cara de la presentación y hayan notado esos pequeños detalles que muestran lo que vendrá en próximos post y esperen el inicio de la liga mx.
